RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If the product delivered damaged to the customer  he can return or replace the product within 2 days from the date of delivery after providing an evidence of damage .All regularly stocked items can be returned absolutely free within 3 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging, with exception of consumables (coffee products both the beans and ground coffee) are not refundable or canceled or exchangeable if shipped. The customer has the right to cancel before shipping the order by communicating with customer service.  

IF YOU PAID:

Cash on delivery, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 4 working days.

If you have received the product, then refunds are processed within 7-14 days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.

If you haven’t received the product then refunds are processed within 3-5 days depending on your bank..
