Ashoka Luxury Blend Coffee
Ashoka is characterized by cocoa, sweet fruit, almond, hazelnut and vanilla aromas. Medium-tall, silky body. The taste is noticeable low and medium acidity, low bitterness and medium sweetness.
The origin of the beans
Ashoka is a combination of beans from the regions: Chimaltenango in Guatemala (1750 m), Nuova Segovia in Nicaragua (1250-1300 m), Chickmagalur in India (1000-1400 m) and Minas Gerais, Sao Paolo in Brazil. All grains are harvested by hand, then washed and dried in the sun.
The beans were roasted in the Tuscan Oriental Caffe roaster, which has been creating proprietary, artisanal mixtures of beans from microplants since 1955. Multigenerational experience is a guarantee of repeatable and excellent taste. Main roaster and co-owner of the smoking room: Samuele Bonacchi
